The location is perfect, just a few feet from the beach and a short walk to Calle Quinta with all the bars and restaurants. The family suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The small restaurant offered delicious meals at a great price.

Peaceful and relaxing oasis in a great location. I recently stayed at a hotel in Playa del Carmen and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was tucked away in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy parts of town. I loved the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful plants that adorned the property. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I appreciated the late breakfast times and checkout, allowing me to enjoy some extra sleep. Although there were some minor inconveniences, like a bad Wi-Fi connection and occasional water shortages, they didn't detract from the overall positive experience.
